What happens in a free AI audit

One hour on your business, then a short document that says what is worth building, what is not, and why. Here is how the audit runs.

Glass office building reflecting a blue sky

The most expensive mistake in an AI project is building the wrong thing. The audit exists to catch it before anyone signs anything.

It takes one hour of your time. A few days later, you get a short document. Here is what happens in between.

The call: one hour on your business

We do not bring slides. You talk, we ask questions and take notes. We want to know how the company makes money and where the hours go.

We usually ask about:

  • the tasks that take your teams the most time
  • the data you already have, and where it lives
  • the tools people use every day
  • what has been tried before, and why it stopped

The document: a few days later

You receive a short written document. For each opportunity we see, it says what we would build, what it changes for the business, how long it takes and what it needs from your side.

It also lists the ideas we advise against, with the reason.

What it costs

Nothing, and it commits you to nothing. The document is yours, whether you work with us or not.

If you go ahead, it becomes the written scope: what we build, what we do not build, and when it ships.

After the audit

3 to 6 weeksfrom kick-off to a first version in production

The people on the audit call are the people who build. You see a demo every week, and the product moves forward in front of you, not in a report.

Book yours

The audit is the first step of every project we run. Book a free audit and tell us where the hours go.

Let's talk

No sales pressure. No obligation. Just a clear starting point.

We answer every message, but not every message turns into a project. The audit exists to give you clarity, not to create obligations on either side.
